Pushpa Thing Lama has been active in the field of LGBTQ+ rights and advocacy for more than two decades. Pirati is the mother of the family and a member of the Kinnar community. She is like a mother to Joon, Chameli, and Apsara. She dreams of leaving everything behind and living a "normal" life in Delhi with the person she loves — the family's Dhol Master, a secret no one else knows.

Deepika Yadav is an active advocate in the field of LGBTQ+ rights and advocacy. Joon is Pirati's eldest daughter and takes on the most responsibility in the family after Pirati. She is Pirati's old friend and helps manage the household, though she and Pirati sometimes disagree about Kinnar traditions and how to run the family.

Jasmin Bishwokarma is a member of the Kinnar community. Chameli is fun-loving, open-natured, a little sensual, and speaks her mind directly. She was once the youngest and Pirati's most beloved, but now struggles with Pirati's attention shifting toward Apsara — creating a bond of quarrel, teasing, and deep sisterly love between her and Apsara.

Aliz Ghimire is a fashion designer. Apsara is the youngest in the family, rescued by Pirati and brought into the family fold. A very deep mother-daughter bond formed between them. After Apsara's arrival, the family dynamic shifts — especially for Chameli — resulting in a relationship of slight competition, friction, and equally deep sisterly love.

Sanjay Kumar Gupta "Dura" is a theatre and film artist.

Akanchha Karki is a theatre artist who has also worked in the film as an actor, acting trainer, and Assistant Director. She is the founder of Kathaghera and Kausi Theatre. Inspector Shova is a police inspector who, as Pirati searches for Apsara, is gradually drawn into the circumstances surrounding Apsara's disappearance.
